Travel + Leisure’s guide to “global tea etiquette” is a useful one, as it provides unsuspecting travelers with a bit of cultural convention.

Wine & spirits editor Bruce Schoenfeld heads to China for his research on oolong tea and presents Robert Rex-Waller’s “teas to buy now” from all over the world.  Rex-Waller is the tea sommelier at the Park Hyatt in Washington, D.C.
